HAPPY LABOUR DAY !!!
While most people are resting at home or going out to play, I'm at work because there's double pay ! =) Dear dear and me worked till 6pm only.
Oh man, it's the first day screening of Spiderman 3 and there're MANY MANY people !
many people = many problems
1. Lady complained about internet booking. Spiderman 3 is in 4K digital but not in all halls. When customers booked online tickets, throughout the whole transaction, you won't know which hall or whether is digital or not. Lady collected tickets, however it's in the non-digital hall. Thus she's unhappy and complained about internet booking, blah blah blah... Requested to change hall. Dear dear was serving her and granted her wish. Luckily she said to him," I know it's not your fault. "
2. Man went to Sharifah's counter, wanted 4 tickets. After she charged to his credit card and printed out the tickets, Man wants 3 tickets instead.
S," Sorry, cannot change because it's has been charged to your card. "
M," But I havent sign yet ! " [asshole face]
S," ..... "
Dear dear was around so did a refund for Man.
3. Lady at Fianeis's counter requesting for aisle seats.
L," I want seats near the walkway. "
F," Yes. it's by the walkway. "
L," Are you sure it's by the walkway ? "
F," Yes, I'm very sure it's by the walkway. "
Lady kept repeating her question again and again.
F," If your seats are not by the walkway, you can come out to scold me. But if got other people seating in your seats, you scold the person first then come out and scold me. " [smiling but sarcastic]
HA HA HA !!!
4. Dear dear was at counter and Man came over.
M," I bought 5 tickets. Still got the Spiderman tee-shirt ? "
D," Sorry, they're fully redeemed. "
M," I bought 5 tickets. How can be fully redeemed ? Got other thing to give me ? I want free gift ! "
Diao. He's so cheapo nana !
5. ? tickets to Superman.
? tickets to Batman.
I wana watch Venom.
For goodness sake, it's SPIDERMAN la!
6. I wondered the customers are deaf or blind. I shouted and shouted ' NEXT PLEASE ! ' but nobody came to my counter. Friends of mine should know that i've a high pitch voice. Surely they could have heard me right ? They're either too engrossed among themselves or watching the tv screen or looking at banners/standees or whatever they're doing. I was at counter 4, the very last counter at a corner. I've to walk up and down, signalling customers to my counter but they simply just don't wana look in my direction.
After the above unpleasant events, dear dear and I went to watch Spiderman 3. Marcus and gf joined us. the picture is super clear and sharp and the subtitles are the clearest I've ever seen so far. Overall, I think it's great and James Franco aka Harry ...oOo... handsome sia! *keke*
