We had an advanced BBQ celebration for him last Sunday, 15.07.2007 at East Coast. It was fun !!! People who attended - Candy, TianPeng, Diana, WenZhe, Aunty Connie, Jeff, Billy, YanSheng, and 3 of his friends - Adeline, Alicia and 1 guy duno his name.
Went to buy some stuff before reaching the pit at about 4pm. I had earlier ordered food from EZB. They were very efficient as in taking orders and delivery. Food and other stuff arrived at 430pm and we started BBQing. =)
Oh man, was it difficult to set the fire against the very strong wind ! TianPeng, WenZhe and dear dear took about 1 hour to set the fire. And guess what worked in the end ? Siam Kitchen napkins. *lol* Burned them against the fire starters so they will light up. I brought a whole stack from work. Glad it had other uses other then wiping mouth and hands.
Had ordered sambal stingray and sotong, chicken wings, chicken satay, hotdogs, crabsticks, marshmellows. Chicken wing and satay tasted the best ! *yummy*
Jeff, Billy and YanSheng came after work, reached after 9pm. Cake cutting time ! Bought from Prima Deli - Chocolate Mousse. Not too bad.
Burned marshmellow. Looks disgusting I know. *haha*
The guys wanted to play cake by tricking dear dear to use his mouth to take out the candle from the cake. Before his mouth could even reached the candle, Billy pushed his head down. *lol* Boy, was the scene funny ! And thus they started throwing cake around. Lucky I dint kena any. But toopid Billy, used the mousse to draw on my arm. I was cutting the cake for others to eat and sOo, threw a slice which had most mousse at him. *haha* Kena his white shirt.

Dear dear actual birthday today. Planned to watch Harry Potter & The Order of The Phoenix followed by dinner. All my treat ! =)
The day before, Dear dear had reserved seats at Eng Wah - Suntec as you know HP 5 is so popular that if you go to Cathay or Golden Village, all you get is either front rows or full house. So watch at Eng Wah is the best bet coz we work there. =P
Mm, Hp 5 isn't that nice afterall, alot of talking and little magic. When I first saw the trailer, I expected alot of magic but it was a disappointment. Glad that I could sit throughout the movie coz of the ending, a tweeny-weeny more exciting.
Dinner was settled at Kenny Rogers. *yummylicious as ever* =D Especially the side dishes. I lover their macaroni and cheese. Home soon after coz next day we both working.
